Street and Treat Safety for Halloween

Halloween without trick-or-treating is just another October day, which is why many millennial parents are advocating for a revised celebration of candy and costumes. Neighborhood associations and parent groups across the nation are encouraging a socially-distanced evening with masked-up families, travel-size hand sanitizer, and “treat yourself” buckets on doorsteps. Community trunk-or-treats are another viable option for keeping the Halloween spirit alive. Remember, outdoor spaces and pre-wrapped candies are the safest options.
